			It’s a pleasure to introduce our new friends from the ARTS THREAD website. We linked up with this British site, a true breeding ground for new talents, to present a selection of freshly graduated designers, all part of an international network of fashion schools. These 10 designers will be presented in the FAME area during WHO'S NEXT PAP 12.
