WSN is the organiser of international fashion and lingerie events in Paris: WHO'S NEXT, PREMIERE CLASSE, IMPACT, TRAFFIC, BIJORHCA, SALON INTERNATIONAL DE LA LINGERIE and INTERFILIERE PARIS.


We've been organising events for 30 years at Porte de Versailles (late January and early September) and in the Jardin des Tuileries during Paris Fashion Week (early March and early October).


Our events enable French and international brands and designers to present their collections, materials and solutions to buyers and fashion professionals from all over the world.


WSN is a subsidiary of the Comexposium group, one of the world's leading event organisers, with 135 events organised worldwide every year.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The sales manager actively participates in the development of our events and is responsible for their marketing on a dedicated portfolio under the supervision of the Sales Department.

MAIN MISSIONS

Strategy and Development

  • Contribution and recommendations through shared market knowledge to the development of the marketing plan: competitive analysis, trade fair visits, portfolio analysis, detection of development potential, France and internationally, identification of trends and innovations, etc.
  • Development and implementation of the commercial action plan, definition of priorities, according to the strategy defined by the commercial management
  • Development of sales pitches for its targets and participation in the development of general sales pitches
  • Proposal of an implementation strategy and optimization of sectorization in liaison with sales management

Marketing

  • Prospecting, sales and negotiation of exhibition spaces and derivative products with a portfolio of customers and prospects to enrich
  • Development of commercial proposals, quotes; selection of participation requests
  • Stand layout with optimization of ratios
  • Advice and support for exhibitors in organizing their presence at the show

Analysis and reporting

  • Reporting on the progress of marketing
  • Monitoring of payments and reminder of unpaid debts in relation to the ADV
  • Evaluation of commercial actions and implementation of corrective actions
  • Contribution to the analysis of the performance of our events (debriefings, recommendations...)

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in the fashion ready-to-wear sector
  • Commercial training reinforced by significant first commercial experience
  • Mastery of prospecting and negotiation methods
  • Hunter and developer temperament
  • Strong relational dimension, rigor, tenacity, listening and availability
  • English proficiency; another language is a +
